Exchanges and Returns

The request for exchange/ return can be added here. After the request is received, the team will call you. Post this the approval will be done. 

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.

The item should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Products without tags will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to address provided. Our decision in relation to this is final and binding.

Return/exchange/refund is not valid on an outfit that uses a custom size or custom design.

Return/exchange/refund is not valid on masks due to hygiene purposes.

To complete your return, we will require your order number and registered email address/phone number. Refunds processed can take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your original mode of payment (bank account, credit card, debit card or UPI). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank representative.
