These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a platform where they can get a quality outfits stitched and delivered to their doorstep at an effective price. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We count this website as an asset for our company. We made this website to help you order custom stitched outfits at the convenience of your home.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
We trust that you are old enough to understand what ‘terms and conditions’ means 🙃. We also hope you’re not accessing this website from a place you’re not supposed to. We may have to delete or suspend your account if we find that you are violating the terms of services.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Sometimes, the circumstances may require us to change the services we offer or suspend them all together. This (naturally) extends to these terms of the service as well. We’ll let you know if there is a material change, and if you don’t wish to use our services from thereon, we promise we’ll understand 🙂
The designs displayed on the Website/Whatsapp/ Email/ other social media platforms as images or catalogs are meant for the purpose of inspiration only – replication is against our policy. The final dress will be executed after taking buy-in from you on multiple aspects including fabric, measurements, color, etc. – it will be a unique creation for you and not a replica under any scenario.
All images displayed for product selling on the Website/ Whatsapp/ Email / other social media platforms as images or catalogs are not owned by us. Images are used as reference pictures and we don’t intent to violate any copyright. If any owner of the image has a problem with the same, they can email us their copyright certificate and their issue at [email protected] We will do our best to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
We don’t necessarily aspire to replicate designs you see in the catalog and/or on the website. Our designers create designs that are uniquely yours, as much as possible. Also, Images used in our catalogs / social media may not always belong to us. If you see an image used without due credits, please let us know at [email protected] and we’ll correct it ASAP
The stitching charges mentioned include most of the basic designs. However, in select cases there might be additional design charges starting from INR 200.
We accept Cash on delivery, Wallets (UPI, etc.), Cards and IMPS as modes of payment.
When ordering a custom-stitched outfit using your own fabric, you understand that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service/ product when you place book a fabric pickup (in case of stitching) or you give 50% advance (in case of custom-clothing). The remaining payment in case of custom-clothing has to be made at the time of delivery.
Please note that since we custom-make all our products after getting buy-in from the customer on multiple aspects including measurements, design, etc. it will not be possible for us to process a refund.
There may be additional charges for custom design which our team will communicate promptly. We expect you to honor your purchase and pay for the order promptly. We make available a variety of payment methods to make it easy for you. Also, we will not be able to refund any advances paid for custom orders since the money already goes in measuring, designing and stitching the outfit uniquely to your size.
Standard delivery time is 5-7 days from the date of order. This can be longer if you have a unique design or your own fabric. If you’re located outside of India, this can take even longer.
You shall be responsible to provide adequate directions, information, authorizations to accept the delivery. In the event of failure to accept delivery or failure to deliver within the estimated time due to inadequate instructions, information or authorizations then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to the same shall pass to you.
Our decision in relation to this is final and binding. Our liability ends once the end product has been delivered to you and extends to the value of the product purchased by you.
we started the business to make the stitching process easy and predictable. We aim to deliver most of the orders within 10 days. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may force the orders to run late. We expect you to be kind to us in those situations.
Also, we trust that you will cooperate with the delivery team to share the address and collect your shipments promptly.
Lastly, we do not promise to deliver international orders within 10 days (duh!)
You can avail only one offer/ discount code/ voucher at a time while making a purchase on LetsDressUp and combining offers/ discount codes/ vouchers is not allowed.
we recommend using only one discount code/voucher per order. All good things deserve a fair compensation. Wouldn’t you agree? 🙂
We have a unique Measurement Process that ensures most of our Dresses fit in the first attempt. However, in a rare case, we provide one free alteration.
we strive to give you a perfectly fitting outfit in the first attempt. In cases we can’t, we offer you an alteration free of charge.
If you would like us to use your fabric to make the dress, we will be happy to do so. However, please note that you will be responsible for all parameters pertaining to the fabric including quality, color, etc. At no point of time will LetsDressUp be held accountable for the fabric.
You can give your own fabric to stitch your outfits, however we don’t assume any responsibility for the quality, or color of the fabric.
To get a unique design stitched, you may need to share images and videos with us for representation.
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website or our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content.
Also, any content created by LetsDressUp or shared by you with us, as part of your customer journey including photos, videos, etc may be publicly displayed at the website or our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.
As a company policy, we don’t share images of customer dresses with anyone until the dress has been delivered to the customer. We instead request our customers to share images of dresses executed by us.
Any sketches shared by LetsDressUp with you during conversation over social media platforms including Gmail, Instagram, Facebook ,etc are an Intellectual Property of LetsDressUp and shouldn’t be shared with any external party under any circumstance.
We trust you’re dealing with us with honesty.
We believe that you have the right to provide the files you share with us – don’t steal. On the other hand, we may decide to use the images for the designs or outfits we create for you on social media pages and the website. In case you don’t want a particular image shared, let us know. Rest assured that you will always be the first person to see your outfit. No one else sees it, outside of our team of course 🙂
Lastly, we expect that you appreciate the work we put in to create your designs and that you will not shop around with other sellers using those designs we have created for you.
LetsDressUp values its customers and respects their privacy. By using our services, you are hereby consenting us to collect your information. We collect your information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions.
Any personal data collected will be used by LetsDressUp to contact you via phone, SMS or email for marketing and to deliver certain updates for services or information you have requested.
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don’t want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

If at any time, you don’t feel like hearing from us, you can unsubscribe from the emails/SMSs by letting us know.
You agree to indemnify and hold LetsDressUp harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LetsDressUp, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LetsDressUp assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
We’ll engage in business in all fairness and honesty. That feeling is mutual, but we are not liable if something goes really wrong.
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you can ask for returns/refunds.
Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you ordered an outfit that uses a custom-size or design as per your specifications, we’ll not be able to refund you. If the outfit isn’t sized right, you may be eligible to avail of Free Alterations.
To complete your return, we will require your order number and registered email address/phone number.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds processed can take up to 10 days to reflect in your original mode of payment (bank account, credit card, debit card or UPI). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank representative.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
we will accept returns or process a refund as long as your outfit wasn’t uniquely designed for you. Keep your order number and registered mobile number or email with you. Make sure you submit a return/refund request not later than 15 days since the day you received your order. Also, keep it clean and safe in original condition until it has been picked back up.
The above Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1st April, 2019.
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Haryana, India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Gurgaon. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
