Exchange & Return

Our return policy lasts 100 days from the date of delivery.

The item should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. Products without tags will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to address provided. Our decision in relation to this is final and binding.

Return/exchange/refund is not valid on an outfit that uses a custom-size or custom design.

Return/exchange/refund is not valid on masks due to hygiene purposes.

Items on sale are not eligible for Exchange/Return.

Exchange is done only once, you cannot avail multiple exchanges for a single order. The exchanged item will not be returned.

To complete your return, we will require your order number and registered email address/phone number. Refunds processed can take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your original mode of payment (bank account, credit card, debit card or UPI). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your bank representative.
