At LetsDressUp (LDU), we are excited to ship our products worldwide! Please read the following details to understand how international shipping works for your order.


1. Shipping Destinations

 LDU offers international shipping to the US, UAE, Australia and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at care@letsdressup.in for assistance.


2. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-4 business days to be processed before they are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Costs

  •  Shipping Fees: Shipping rates for international orders are based on your location and the size/weight of your package. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout, ensuring you only pay for what’s needed to get your items safely to you. Shipping Charges are free on orders worth US$100 or more.
  • Additional Fees: Any additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the customer, as LDU has no control over them. These changes vary from country to country and apply only to orders valued above US$800.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 7-14 business days after dispatch. However, some destinations may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
  • Delays: While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, delivery times are subject to factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, and unforeseen shipping disruptions. LDU is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Third-party Couriers: We work with trusted international shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you. However, please note that once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility for tracking and delivery lies with the courier service.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs Clearance: Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate. Customs policies vary by country, and LDU has no control over these processes.
  • Customs Fees: Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid upon receipt of the order. Custom duties apply only to orders valued above US$800.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery of the order due to customs duties, the package may be abandoned, and LDU will not be liable for any refunds or the return of the goods.
