No. But you can place multiple orders for delivery to different locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, you can. But it is valid in the cases of a size and colour only. The request needs to be placed within three days of the date of delivery of the order.

No, our delivery partner will pick it up from your address. However, charges will be applicable.

The custom made and the custom size (My size option) orders are not eligible for returns.

All the tags should be in place and the product should be the same as original It should not be dirty or have any marks. The product should be returned in original packaging. Other checks deemed fit by us are also applicable. The return request should be placed within 10 days of receiving the order.

Payments, Discounts & Refunds

You will receive a message from our courier partner that your order is out for delivery. You can pay them directly via cash or through a payment link sent by our courier partners.

We accept Cash on Delivery, Wallets (UPI, Paytm etc), Cards and IMPS mode of payments.

At the time of checkout, you will get an option to put the discount code. Only one discount code can be applied at a time and you cannot overwrite any existing pre-applied offer.

Once we receive your returned order, it undergoes a quality check. On its approval, you can expect a refund in 5-7 working days

The logistics charge on the return journey of the parcel will be deducted in case of a return order.

No, we do not have any minimum value for COD orders.

We make all our outfits according to your order and custom needs and hence we are never out of stock.

Sizing

We are the first company to build India’s size chart and have provided 100% fit satisfaction to 2000+ clients. 98% of the time, we don’t go wrong with the fitting, but in the rarest of cases you can connect with us via email or whatsapp to get it resolved.

You can refer to our size chart to understand your fit. We also have an option of “My Size” where you can get the outfit of your custom fit. Our designer will reach out to you for your measurements.
