All international orders are sent through FedEx and Aramex.
Delivery usually takes 12-15 business days, but may vary based on your location and customs processing times.
Due to the complexities of global shipping and logistics, we’re unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is shipped. Hence, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by reaching out to us on WhatsApp/email.
Yes, exchanges and returns within a 15-day window are available for international orders. Please note that reverse pickup charges will apply, along with the shipping charges for the exchange order.
In case of damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours at care@letsdressup.in with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue through either Store Credits or a refund for the defective product
Yes, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on your country’s regulations. These charges will be applicable on orders above US$800.

Yes, we’re willing to go an extra mile for you. Please share all details with us and we will give our best to get it done. Although we typically deliver within 12-15 days, express shipping charges will apply for more urgent delivery, which will be communicated to you by our team.
No. But you can place multiple orders for delivery to different locations.
You can ask the delivery partner to hand it over to someone else on your behalf. In case that is not possible, we will re-deliver your order.

Certain items/orders may not be eligible for returns, such as orders placed during sale or items marked as non-returnable, orders placed using store credits of previous returns. Additionally, customized outfits are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Following are the standard checks- All the tags should be in place and the product should be the same as original It should not be dirty or have any marks. The product should be returned in original packaging. Other checks deemed fit by us are also applicable.

At the time of checkout, you will get an option to put the discount code. Only one discount code can be applied at a time and you cannot overwrite any existing pre-applied offer.
Once we receive your returned order, it undergoes a quality check. On its approval, you can expect a refund in 5-7 working days
Yes, in 99% of the cases, we do not deduct any logistics charge for the return journey of the parcel. You will receive a full refund for your returned items. However in rare circumstances, certain exceptions may apply, which will be clearly communicated to you during the return process.
